We work with the business department to assure that employees have all the correct deductions made for retirement, insurance and taxes.

Health Insurance

Health Insurance is offered to eligible employees through Minuteman Nashoba Health Group. The district offers the following plans:

  • Fallon Community Select and Direct Care EPO
  • Harvard Pilgrim Health Care EPO
  • Tufts EPO
  • My Medication Plan

Enrollment Periods:

  • Open enrollment period for current employees in March - April of each year.
  • New employees may enroll at the time of hire. 
  • Current employees with qualifying events may enroll at the time of the event.

Dental

Delta Dental Coverage to eligible employees at 100% self funded premium

  • New employees may enroll at the time of hire.
  • Current employees may enroll with proof of insurability.
  • Applications for enrollment are available at the Human Resources Department.

Long Term Disability

Long Term Disability plan is available to all eligible employees at 100% self funded premium through Assurant Employee Benefits/Union Security Life Insurance Company of New York.

  • Premiums are based on the current rate per $100 of annual salary.
  • New employees may enroll at the time of hire.
  • Current employees may enroll with proof of insurability.
  • Applications for enrollment are available at the Human Resources Department.

Life Insurance

Life insurance is offered to eligible employees through Boston Mutual Insurance Company.

  • A $10,000 term life insurance policy is available on hiring without proof of insurability.
  • New employees may enroll at the time of hire.
  • Current employees may enroll with proof of insurability.
  • Applications for enrollment are available at the Human Resources Department.
